Event Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be considered and determined by the date written cancellation is received at the WPA office. Cancellation of a meeting registration must be submitted in writing (email is considered in writing).  No refund will be issued seven (7) days prior to date of event, but may be transferred to another individual of the same Non-Member or Membership Category. Specific cancellation rules may apply to individual events and supersede this policy. Any exception to the cancellation policies may be considered by the Board of Directors if requested by the registrant.
